For general website inquiries, contact form submissions, and consultation requests that do not result in an active client relationship, we may retain the submitted information for up to 6 months to respond, follow up, and manage prospective client communications. After that period, the information will be deleted, archived, or de-identified unless there is an ongoing business reason to retain it.

For active leads, ongoing business contacts, resource subscribers, or email list subscribers, information may be retained while there is an active business reason to communicate, until you unsubscribe, or until you request deletion.

For client projects, project materials are handled in accordance with the Client Project Materials and File Retention section above.

Basic records related to purchases, invoices, contracts, payments, service history, and business administration may be retained as needed for legal, tax, accounting, and administrative purposes.
