7. Client Project Materials and File Retention
For client projects, client-provided working files, questionnaires, screenshots, reports, exports, and related project materials are retained only as long as needed to complete the service, support reasonable follow-up, and maintain project quality.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement, client-provided project materials will be deleted, returned, or securely destroyed within 90 days after project completion.
Clients may request earlier deletion of project materials after final delivery.
This does not apply to final deliverables, contracts, invoices, payment records, project summaries, or business records that AnalytiConnect may need to retain for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or administrative purposes.
Clients should not submit passwords, full payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, employee personal data, medical information, or other highly sensitive information unless a secure process has been agreed to in advance.
8. Data Retention
AnalytiConnect only keeps personal information and business information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law, contract, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business recordkeeping needs.
For general website inquiries, contact form submissions, and consultation requests that do not result in an active client relationship, we may retain the submitted information for up to 6 months to respond, follow up, and manage prospective client communications. After that period, the information will be deleted, archived, or de-identified unless there is an ongoing business reason to retain it.
For active leads, ongoing business contacts, resource subscribers, or email list subscribers, information may be retained while there is an active business reason to communicate, until you unsubscribe, or until you request deletion.
For client projects, project materials are handled in accordance with the Client Project Materials and File Retention section above.
Basic records related to purchases, invoices, contracts, payments, service history, and business administration may be retained as needed for legal, tax, accounting, and administrative purposes.
We may retain anonymized or de-identified notes, templates, lessons learned, or aggregate insights that do not identify a specific person or client.
