5. Consultations and Service Requests
Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee that AnalytiConnect will accept the project or provide services.
AnalytiConnect may decline inquiries or service requests for any reason, including but not limited to scope fit, availability, incomplete information, industry fit, conflict of interest, or services outside AnalytiConnect’s expertise.
Any timelines, deliverables, fees, payment terms, revision terms, client responsibilities, confidentiality obligations, and project boundaries will be defined in the applicable written agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
If you engage AnalytiConnect for services, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information needed to complete the project.
You are responsible for:
Providing requested documents, reports, screenshots, exports, or project materials
Ensuring you have the right to share any information submitted
Reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within agreed timelines
Making final business decisions based on your own judgment
Consulting legal, tax, accounting, HR, or financial professionals when appropriate
AnalytiConnect is not responsible for delays, incomplete deliverables, inaccurate analysis, or limited recommendations caused by incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable client information.
7. Client Project Materials and Data
Client-provided project materials may include questionnaires, reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, screenshots, exports, SOPs, workflow notes, budget files, KPI reports, system examples, or other business information shared for the purpose of completing a project.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, client-provided project materials are used only to provide the requested service, support reasonable follow-up, and maintain project quality.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement, client-provided project materials will be deleted, returned, or securely destroyed within 90 days after project completion.
Clients may request earlier deletion of project materials after final delivery.
This does not apply to final deliverables, contracts, invoices, payment records, project summaries, or business records that AnalytiConnect may need to retain for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or administrative purposes.
Clients should not submit passwords, full payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, employee personal data, medical information, or other highly sensitive information unless a secure process has been agreed to in advance.
8. Confidentiality
AnalytiConnect will take reasonable care to protect confidential business information shared for client projects.
Confidentiality obligations for paid services may be further defined in the applicable service agreement, proposal, or scope of work.
Website forms and standard email are not intended for highly sensitive information. Please do not submit highly sensitive or regulated information through standard website forms.
9. Digital Products and Free Resources
AnalytiConnect may offer free or paid resources, including templates, workbooks, checklists, assessments, guides, or other downloadable materials.
These resources are intended to help you think through and organize business operations. They are not a substitute for customized consulting, implementation support, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, financial advice, or compliance advice.
You may use free or purchased resources for your own internal business use only.
You may not:
Resell, share, license, or redistribute the resources
Claim the resources as your own
Remove AnalytiConnect branding, copyright notices, or ownership references
Use the resources to create competing products or services
Upload paid resources to public websites, shared drives, marketplaces, or template libraries
10. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
If paid services, retainers, quick projects, or digital products are offered, pricing and payment terms will be provided at the time of purchase or in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded
Service deposits may be non-refundable
Project fees, retainers, cancellation terms, and payment schedules are governed by the applicable written agreement
Late payments may delay project timelines or delivery
AnalytiConnect reserves the right to pause or stop work if required payments are not received according to the agreed terms.
11. Service Deliverables
Service deliverables may include reports, audits, dashboards, recommendations, templates, roadmaps, analyses, workbooks, process documents, or other agreed materials.
Deliverables are based on the information provided by the client, available documents, client interviews, questionnaire responses, and the agreed project scope.
AnalytiConnect may provide recommendations and implementation guidance, but the client is responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendation.
12. No Guaranteed Results
AnalytiConnect does not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, revenue increases, cost savings, profitability improvements, operational performance, employee performance, customer outcomes, or implementation success.
Results depend on many factors outside AnalytiConnect’s control, including client data quality, business conditions, available resources, team adoption, leadership decisions, market conditions, and implementation follow-through.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, service frameworks, templates, workbooks, graphics, copy, resources, digital products, and related materials are owned by AnalytiConnect unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, license, modify, or create derivative works from AnalytiConnect materials without written permission.
For paid client services, the client may use final deliverables internally for their own business operations unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement. AnalytiConnect retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, frameworks, tools, processes, formats, and pre-existing materials.

If you submit information through a form, email, questionnaire, consultation request, or project intake process, you confirm that:
The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
You have the right to share the information
The information does not violate another party’s rights
You are not submitting unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
You agree not to submit passwords, sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information, or regulated data unless a secure process has been agreed to in advance.
