Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about working with AnalytiConnect?

Here are answers to common questions about Business Snapshots, Quick Projects, Focused Projects, audits, timelines, deliverables, and how to choose the right next step.

Choosing the right service

If you are not sure where to start, these questions can help you decide which option makes the most sense.

Where should I start if I’m not sure what I need?

The best starting point is usually the Business Snapshot. It gives you a focused review of what feels messy, unclear, or inconsistent in your business and helps identify what should be addressed first.

If you are still exploring and not ready to submit a request, the free self-assessment is a low-pressure way to think through common business gaps.

What is the difference between the Business Snapshot and the Business Operations Audit?

The Business Snapshot is a smaller starting point. It helps identify what needs attention first and gives you a focused action summary.

The Business Operations Audit is a deeper review of workflows, systems, reporting, bottlenecks, accountability, and operational gaps. It includes a more detailed roadmap and is better when you need a broader operational review.

What is the difference between a Quick Project and a Focused Project?

Quick Projects are smaller, clearly scoped services designed to create one practical deliverable or cleanup in a specific area.

Focused Projects are deeper and are best when one area needs more review, structure, recommendations, or planning support.

Can you help me choose the right service?

Yes. If you submit a service request and the service you selected is not the best fit, I’ll let you know what I recommend instead.

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

How the process works

Most services follow a simple process: request, intake, review, and deliverables.

What happens after I submit a service request?

I’ll review your request and follow up with recommended next steps. If the service looks like a fit, I’ll confirm the scope and explain what is needed to move forward.

Will I need to complete an intake form?

Yes. Most services include an intake step so I can understand your business, current setup, pain points, goals, and any examples or files that may be helpful.

The intake helps keep the project focused and practical.

Do I need to have perfect files, reports, or systems before starting?

No. Many clients come in because things are messy, incomplete, manual, or scattered. You can share what you have, even if it is not polished.

Do we have to meet live?

Some services may include or benefit from a call, especially deeper reviews or audits. Smaller Quick Projects may be able to move forward through intake responses and shared materials.

How long does a project take?

Timelines depend on the service. Many Quick Projects are completed within 5–7 business days after intake is complete. Focused Projects are often completed within 7–10 business days after intake is complete. Business Operations Audits may take longer depending on scope.

Not sure whether to request a service or ask a question first?

Use the service request form if you are interested in moving forward with a specific service. Use the contact page if you just have a question before deciding.

Deliverables and scope

Each service is designed to be practical, focused, and clear about what is included.

What will I receive at the end of a project?

Deliverables vary by service, but most include a practical summary report, findings, recommendations, prioritized next steps, and any service-specific tools or templates listed on the service page.

Do you implement the recommendations for me?

Implementation is not included unless it is specifically listed in the service scope or purchased separately. Many services focus on review, cleanup, recommendations, structure, and next-step planning.

Do you build dashboards, automations, or systems?

Some services may recommend dashboards, automation, system cleanup, or reporting improvements, but custom dashboard buildout, automation buildout, system setup, integrations, and ongoing admin support are not included unless purchased separately.

Do you provide bookkeeping, accounting, or tax services?

No. AnalytiConnect does not provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, financial statement preparation, or cash management services.

Budgeting and reporting services focus on structure, visibility, review processes, and practical business planning support.

Can I purchase additional support after a project?

Yes. Many services include a recommended next step, which may include implementation support, monthly operations support, dashboard/reporting setup, SOP development, budgeting support, or another service depending on what is found.

Payments, pricing, and scheduling

Pricing and timelines depend on the service selected and the scope of work.

How do I pay for a service?

After your request is reviewed and the next step is confirmed, you’ll receive payment instructions or an invoice for the selected service.

When does the project timeline begin?

The project timeline begins after intake is complete and any required payment or project confirmation steps are finished.

Can I rush a project?

Rush availability depends on current capacity and project scope. If timing is important, include that in your service request so I can let you know what is realistic.

What if I choose the wrong service?

That is okay. If your request points to a different service than the one you selected, I’ll recommend the better fit before moving forward.

Common project questions

These questions come up often when business owners are deciding whether operational support is the right fit.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

AnalytiConnect is built for small business owners and growing teams that need clearer operations, reporting, workflows, systems, accountability, or planning structure.

What if my business is still small?

That is fine. Many services are designed for small businesses that need practical structure without overcomplicating things.

If you are not ready for a larger project, a Business Snapshot or Quick Project may be a better fit.

What if my business feels too messy to explain?

That is exactly what these services are designed for. You do not need to explain everything perfectly. The intake process is meant to help organize what feels unclear, scattered, or hard to manage.

Can you review spreadsheets, dashboards, SOPs, trackers, or screenshots?

Yes. Depending on the service, reviewing existing files, trackers, dashboards, screenshots, SOPs, reports, or workflow examples may be part of the process.

Will my information stay confidential?

Yes. Any materials shared for review are used only for the purpose of completing the requested service and providing relevant recommendations.

Still not sure what fits?

Start with the Business Snapshot if you want clarity on what to fix first, or submit a service request if you already know which service you’re interested in.
